Ticketing
Patrons requiring special seating accommodations should request them at the time of purchase. Patrons may purchase 1 companion seat adjacent to their handicap accessible seat. Tickets for the accessible seats go on sale at the same time as all other tickets go on-sale for an event. You may purchase them by either going online to www.ticketmaster.com, over the phone at 1-800-745-3000 or in person at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre Box Office.
Parking
Designated accessible parking for persons with disabilities is in front of the box office in the St. Augustine Amphitheatre parking lot. A valid, appropriate handicap placard or license plate is required to park in a space identified as reserved for persons with disabilities.
Guests should arrive as early as possible to ensure space availability and to reach their seats prior to show time. All parking is ‘first come, first served’. The parking lot opens at 4pm on the day of an event. If our parking lot is full and satellite parking is the only parking available on arrival, individuals may be dropped off at the entrance gates located next to the box office. Please let the parking attendants know that you are dropping off a person(s) and then parking in a satellite parking lot.
Restrooms
Accessible restrooms are available at the bottom and top of the amphitheatre. At the bottom of the amphitheatre, restrooms are located to the right of the stage near the port-o-lets. At the top of the amphitheatre, accessible restrooms are located in the breezeways on the plaza leading to the seating bowl.
Service Animals
Certified service animals are permitted and admitted into the amphitheatre. Each service animal must remain with its owner and be restrained. If any service animals interfere with other guests, corrective action may include rearranging seating or removal of the service animal from the amphitheatre.
Merchandise and Concessions
All concessions located in the plaza and the lawn areas are accessible.
